She has been EDGAR certified by filing over 1,844 jobs live with the Securities & Exchange Commission at 100% filing accuracy success rate. Norma started her career in our Lancaster PA print facility and in 1998 was part of the team selected to open the new Cleveland Service Center. In 2000 she transferred to the newly acquired St Petersburg FL facility when RR Donnelley purchased Evaco Financial. For over ten years, John has as served as the Art Director for the Tampa Bay site, specializing in award winning annual report designs. John studied at Central Connecticut State University, where he earned his Bachelors of Arts degree in Graphic Design. With a strong understanding of the printing industry, John has designed various logos, stationary, brochures, invitations, die-cut folders, etc. As a member of NAPA John has developed strong skills in various design software for both the Mac and Windows operating system; such as QuarkXPress, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat.
